Atlanta Holiday Event

On December 13th, 2022, we held our Q4 Holiday Event at the prestigious Piedmont Driving Club in Atlanta, GA. The event brought together 75 meeting and event planners from corporations, Directors of Sales from hotels in our collection, and our new partner, KREWE eyewear, a sunglass company. As the special events intern, I was responsible for coordinating with the event director at the Piedmont Driving Club to ensure seamless execution, including booking arrangements, food and beverage selection, payment processing, floral arrangements, room set-up, and more. Additionally, I took charge of handling all aspects of client invitations, managing logistics, and ensuring a successful outcome.

RRR organized a private first-look showing in July for a select group of Nashville clients at the Southall Farm and Inn, while the property was under construction. Boasting 325 acres of vast farmland in Franklin, TN, Southall offered guests a tour of the property, delectable hors d'oeuvres, and drinks while the property manager discussed what the grand opening would offer. As the special events intern, I was responsible for handling all aspects of the event, from managing invitations and communicating with the Director of Sales ensuring that the event ran smoothly.
